农村公共商品投资的内容较广泛,从农业生产性公共商品方面来看,包括农田水利基础设施的投资、农村道路和公共性运输工具的投资、部分大中型农用机械和设备的投资、公共性农产品贮藏加工设备的投资和用于生产其它产品的公共性投资等。国家有责任让农民休养生息,农民应该得到回报和补偿,让他们享受工业化的成果,向他们提供所需要的公共商品。
