摘    要:本文综述了分子印迹技术功能单体的光谱筛选方法,并对其在固相萃取、传感器、色谱分离等食品安全检测中的应用进行了概括,同时展望了分子印迹技术的应用前景和发展趋势。

Abstract:In this paper,the basic principle and the classification of molecularly imprinted technology were introduced,the applications of solid-phase exaction,sensor technology and chromatographic analysis were reviewed,and the prospect is also introduced.
