| 摘 要： | TS-790减阻剂的中试产物聚α-烯烃为黏弹性固体，通过研究确立了低温粉碎聚α-烯烃的工艺条件，并在试验中对低温粉碎各节点的温度控制、粉碎初始粒度、聚合物与无机分散剂配比、粉碎机负荷等低温粉碎工艺参数进行了研究，确立了聚α-烯烃的粉碎工艺，得到了一定粒径分布的稳定的聚理一烯烃粉剂。

| Abstract: | Poly - α- olefin is a viscoelastic solid, which is a pilot - scale product of TS - 790 drag reduction agent. The technological conditions of poly - α - olefin by crushing at low temperature in research were ohtained,in which the technological parameters of curshing at low temperature, such as temperature control, initial size of curshing, mixture ratio of polymer to solid dispersant, and load of crushing machine,were studied, and a stable poly - α - olefin powder with equal size distribution was obtained. |
