| 摘 要： | 诸多文献对我国绿色物流发展滞后性的分析结论,大都停留在:绿色物流实现的技术落后、绿色物流思想还没有深入人心,诸如此类。该结论只是我国绿色物流发展的现状,却不是使其滞后的原因。根据外部性原理,惟有规避了3PL负的外部性;同时引致出绿色物流供给的内生偏好,才能有效实现我国物流绿色演进的可持续性。因此,如何从外部性原理出发,构建3PL自觉实现绿色物流的制度安排,便构成了文中探析的技术路线。
