| 摘 要： | 通过介绍安徽省宿州市农用地分等的技术方法和工作过程,分析了宿州市农用地分等工作中基础资料存在的问题,提出了建立国家基础信息定期更新的政策机制和保障机制等建议;对于零碎图斑和软件系统等实践操作中的问题,提出了共用边界和重置ID号的解决办法;对于分等面积统计中的问题提出了"面积平差配赋"的办法来解决.这些解决方案为还没有开展农用地分等工作的地区提供了宝贵的经验,但农用地分等中仍然存在一些值得商榷的问题.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the technical route and basic process of agricultural land grading in Suzhou,Anhui Province.Firstly,some problems of basic data in land grading are analyzed,some pieces of advise are given such as establishing the system of updating the national basic information in time.Secondly,the methods of sharing the boundary and replacing the ID index are used to solve the problems of broken spots and operating on the software system.Thirdly,the method of "area distribution" is used to solve the problem of area statistic.All the methods above will provide precious experience for some other areas which haven't been graded. |
