外资进入中国基金业研究

根据“入世”时的承诺，外资基金公司将进入我国的基金业。作为年轻的中国基金业，应正视外资进入国内基金业所带来的机遇与竞争压力，抓住机遇，变压力为动力，通过市场机制使自身不断成熟、壮大。本从我国基金业发展的基本状况和“入世”承诺出发，分析了外资基金进入国内基金业带来的相应影响，并提出了发展我国基金业的建议。

Study on Foreign Capital Entering China''''s Fund Industry

According to China's commitments at the time of entering the WTO, foreign fund companies will enter China's fund industry. China's fund industry, though young, should envisage the opportunities and challenges brought by the entry of foreign capital, grasping the opportunities, changing pressure into momentum, making itself mature and strong. This article begins at the basic condition for the development of China's fund industry and the commitments when entering the WTO, and analyzes the impacts on domestic fund industry brought by the foreign fund compenies. At last, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of Chinas fund industry.
