| 摘 要： | 随着高校招生规模的扩大,高等学校师范毕业生数量大幅度增加。因此,越来越凸显了师范生就业形势的严峻性,理应引起政府、教育部门和社会各界的极度重视。文章分三个部分来阐述,首先概述了当前高等学校师范生就业所表现的种种问题,然后从师范生的培养方面究其原因,最后提出适合我国国情的、解决师范毕业生就业的策略。
