| 摘 要： | 农民工作为我国改革开放以来最庞大的劳动力群体,如今已经成为了我国城市建设和发展过程中不可或缺的重要力量.但近年来,随着我国经济转型、体制转轨的步伐日渐加快,如何维护好农民工合法权益成为一个亟待解决的社会难题.不断上演的跳楼秀、堵路秀、跳桥秀警示了我们必须严肃对待这个问题.
