| 摘 要： | 围绕建设创新型国家的人才需要,长春职业技术学院酒店管理专业饭店英语课程教学改革经过一段时间的教学探索,即通过理论教学、实验教学和创新实践三大环节,重点培养学生酒店管理意识、提出和解决问题的能力,以及综合利用所学酒店情景英语、酒店文化英语、酒店管理英语和酒店综合英语知识开展创新实践的能力.
