| 摘 要： | 随着党的惠农政策不断推进和实施,农场工人生产结构不断优化,科技含量不断提高,但是受自然条件等多方面因素的制约,农场经济发展速度比较缓慢,贫富悬殊愈来愈大,农场工人增收问题仍然是农场工作的重点问题.因此,如何发展农场经济是政府最关心、最迫切要解决的问题.
