| 摘 要： | 在以市场经济为主导的现如今,财务控制不仅是加强企业管理的重要手段,更是企业内部控制的关键.本文通过对财务控制的控制环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息与沟通、监督等五个内部控制要素的现状分析来透视企业的整个内部控制,并针对财务控制过程中出现的问题逐一提出解决方案与对策.财务控制作为内部控制的关键,在企业中发挥的作用越来越举足轻重,由此可见,财务控制与内部控制是紧密联系不可分割的,从财务控制来透视企业内部控制是极其有意义的,是符合历史的选择和时代的要求!
