浅谈我国低碳经济的发展

发展低碳经济是在可持续发展理念指导下，实现经济发展与资源环境保护双赢的必然选择。目前我国产业结构不合理、能源效率低，节能减排任务艰巨，科技水平落后，研发能力有限，能源结构不合理等在一定程度上影响着我国发展低碳经济。加快产业结构调整，提高能源效率，大力发展“低碳产业”，研发低碳技术，大力开发新能源等是推进我国发展低碳经济重要途径。
