| 摘 要： | 企业的快速发展离不开全面预算,全面预算管理是企业的根本,全面预算管理水平体现企业的运营成效.企业想在市场经济的浪潮下稳步前进,必须实行全面预算管理并完善全面预算管理内容.本文作者从全面预算的概念和作用出发,阐述了目前企业全面预算管理的存在的问题和不足,并就这些问题进行思考,提出自己的几点想法.
