我国养老保险制度探讨

现行养老保险制度一般限于全民所有制的国有企业、事业单位、国家机关的固定职工,而占人口较大比重的农民群体和数量逐渐增多的灵活就业者,还没有被纳入养老保险的框架之内,养老保险的覆盖面依然较窄,说明我国的养老保险体系社会化程度不够,其所应有的保障功能还未完全实现,只有各种合法体制的保险共同发挥作用才能有效的应对我国老龄化社会.
