Consumer Characteristics Associated with the Selection of Pork Products
Abstract:This study identified several socio-demographic characteristics of consumers who have eaten pork. In particular, a model was developed to investigate the effect of several variables on the probability of eating pork. The information derived from this study is useful for pork processors and producers who wish to anticipate future market changes and derveid demands for their products.
