Abstract: | This manuscript describes a methodology based on the process of action learning used in teaching an MBA course in International Management. Students were organized into teams and each student was assigned a country to research and profile. Teams were then required to prioritize business entry into countries on the basis of individual research projects. The action learning process is reviewed. Feedback from students in the course is reviewed and excerpts from student's papers is presented. A summary and conclusions about the use of this methodology is presented. |
