Abstract: | Role uncertaintly has particular relevance to the performance of the sales marketing executive. This study examines the role uncertainty construct utilizing Singh and Rhoads' molecular measures. The findings in this study demonstrate the applicability of Singh and Rhoads' measures for role uncertainty for cross-cultural use. The paper concludes with some research and managerial implications of the findings in this study. |
