Using Group Support Systems (GSS) in the Teaching of International Business |
| |
Abstract: | SUMMARY It is now possible to use computerized Group Support Systems (GSS) to improve many types of group processes. Such systems can be effective in helping teach International Business (IB) classes in such areas as strategic planning, negotiations, case studies, and course evaluations. When contemplating the use of GSS in teaching IB, instructors must consider hardware, software, facilities, personnel, applications, and other issues. |
