| 摘 要： | 《物权法》于2007年3月16日正式颁布,并将于2007年10月施行。《物权法》中,对银行债权具有较大影响的主要体现在担保物权部分。相比较《担保法》而言,《物权法》在担保物权的规定上有哪些变化?这些变化对银行债权保护将会产生哪些重要影响?银行又该如何应对?笔者通过本文,试图对这些问题进行较为全面的解答。
