Analyzing Mechanism of Influence of Division of Labor Market on Migrant Workers" Employment

China's labor market can be divided into three kinds, which are the division between urban and rural areas, division among different sectors and among different units. The paper makes an analysis on mechanism of the division, which affects migrant workers' employment. In the author's opinion, registered permanent residence and geography are the main causes for separation between urban and rural areas. Wage difference is the preconditions for separation among different sectors and among different units. The paper analyzes the side effects the division has on migrant workers' employment from the angle of supply and demand.
