| 摘 要： | 结合我国目前住宅结构体系发展现状，研发出一种新的抗震节能住宅结构体系-CL(组合轻型）结构体系。介绍了这种结构体系研发背景与进展情况、结构形式以及结构的各种性能，最后对这种结构体系的应用前景进行了展望 。 |

The property, the form, the background information and the progress of this structure are introduced in this paper. The future of this structure is evaluated at last. |
