| 摘 要： | 地勘单位企业化经营的改革方向已确立 ,而财务管理再造是地勘单位管理创新的一个重要组成内容 ,也是地勘单位企业化经营必须实现财务管理职能转变的客观需要。文章着重阐述了财务管理再造的目标 ,在其基础上论述了地勘单位财务管理再造的实现途径。
