摘    要:在竞争激烈的今天,国内外都在探索先进企业文化的构建方法,以增强其企业核心竞争力。而中国文化和中国企业文化又有着千丝万缕的联系。中国企业应在充分利用自身民族文化长处的同时,尽量吸收别人的优点,形成自己独特的团队、诚信和创新精神,构建先进的企业文化。

Abstract:Today,competition is intense,so enterprises all over the world are exploring the approaches to construct advanced enterprise's culture,so as to enhance the enterprise's core competence.There are countless relation between Chinese culture and Chinese enterprise's culture.Chinese enterprise should bring the advantages of national culture into full play,at the same time do their best to absorb the other enterprise's strongpoint,form particular group,honesty spirit and innovative spirit,construct advanced enterprise's culture.
