我国农民工医疗保险政策模式评述

三农问题是当前亟待解决的问题。为了解决农民工的医疗保险权益问题，我国一些地方政府在因地制宜的基础上，纷纷出台适合自己情况的农民工医疗保险制度或办法。但我国政府尚未对农民工医疗保险制定统一的政策。各地根据自己的实际情况制定了农民工参加医疗保险政策，这些政策虽然不尽完善，但毕竞是对现行医疗保险制度的突破。本文通过对各地农民工医疗保险政策进行综述和评析，望对今后构建适合农民工的全国统一的医疗保险制度有启迪意义。
