| 摘 要： | 简要分析公共投资建设项目决策主体再界定的背景、意义和原则,接着从狭义和广义两方面界定了项目决策主体,并对广义的项目决策主体做了详细分析,最后指出了决策主体多元化赋予项目决策模式的新内涵。

| Abstract: | The background, significance and principle of re-identification of decision-making subjects of public projects were analyzed firstly. Then from broad sense and narrow sense the decision-making subjects were identified, and subjects of projects decision-making in broad sense were analyzed in details. Finally the new connotation of decision-making subjects endowed by multi-subjects was pointed out. |
