| 摘 要： | 在知识管理的实施过程中,将知识导入到企业中去划分为三个阶段,即定义和体系化组织知识,组织成员行为模式的整合,知识管理推进制度的建立等。在企业实施的每个阶段中,知识管理的实施对组织结构的变化将产生各种具体影响。
