基于移动智能体的供应商评估方法研究

根据供应商评价数据的定性与定量分类,提出使用移动智能体技术从供应商处获取定量数据,采用专家评分的方式获取定性数据。针对2类数据获取时间周期的不一致性,通过建立评价指标的信息可信度对定性指标进行处理。实验表明,可以使供应商的评估周期缩短,增强评价的时效性。

Supplier Assessment based on Mobile Agent

Supplier assessment data is divided into two kinds: the qualitative and the quantitative.This paper proposes by using mobile agent the quantitative datas are obtained from suppliers and expert rating methods are adopted to get qualitative data.To deal with the inconsistency of time period of getting these two types data,a new method is proposed to process the qualitative data by the establishment of information credibility about assessment data.The obtained results show that the proposed method is well suited for supplier assessment to shorten the assessment cycle and enhance the timeliness.
