| 摘 要： | 为探讨系统护理干预对骨折患者围手术期下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防效果,将74例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各37例,实验组手术后采取积极的护理干预,而对照组实施手术后传统的护理措施,观察比较2组患者手术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的情况。结果为:实验组与对照组比较,2组患者手术后1～7 d下肢红、肿、痛,广泛性的下肢静脉怒张,Homans征的情况均有显著的统计学差异,系统的护理干预可以有效预防深静脉血栓的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the preventive effect of the prevention nursing for the forming of Limp Deep Vein Thrombosis for the patient with a fracture during peri operation.Methods: 74 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group 37 cases,the experimental group was given active preventive measures and nursing intervention.Whereras the control group was just given the traditional post-operative nursing care.Observation and comparison were made for the deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the occurrence after the surgical operation.Results:The clinical investigation datas show that the limb,swelling,pain,extensive venous engorgement and positive Homans sign were significantly different between the 2 groups 1~7 days after surgical operation.Conclusion:The system of nursing intervention and prevention can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis. |
