| 摘 要： | 从划分产品自组织配置设计中的设计需求类型入手,结合产品自组织配置设计的过程与需求特征,建立了设计需求知识的四元组模型,描述了设计需求的概念集、概念关系集、约束集以及粒度等级,并在设计需求知识模型的基础上,运用树状编码结构研究了设计需求知识的编码方法;最后,以汽车钢板弹簧自组织配置设计为例,实现了设计需求知识的表达与编码,验证了所提出方法的正确性。

| Abstract: | In view of the classification of design requirement in Product Self-Organizing Configuration Design,a four-element model is built in terms of design process and the type of requirement,which describes the set of concept,relation among concepts,constraint and granularity hierarchy.On the basis of the constructed model,the coding method of design requirement knowledge is researched by means of tree structure of code.Lastly,Self-Organizing Configuration Design for Vehicle Leaf-Spring is taken as an example,and representation and code of design requirement knowledge are realized to testify the method mentioned in the paper. |
