基于TMS320F2812的直流调速系统研究

摘    要:介绍了一种基于TMS320F2812的全数字直流调速系统,系统主电路采用IGBT组成H型PWM变换器,以16位高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为主控芯片实现了调速系统的全数字控制。其特点是系统内环和外环控制器应用DSP软件生成,它取代模拟触发器、电流调节器、速度调节器及逻辑切换等硬件,系统的电流调节器采用PI算法,转速调节器采用变参数PI算法。在对系统进行了硬件及软件设计之后,搭建了实验系统并进行了实验,结果表明控制效果良好。

Abstract:This paper introduces DC speed-adjusting system based on TMS320F2812.The main circuit of the digital DC speed-adjusting system is H type PWM converter made up of IGBT and the 16 bit high performance DSP chip TMS320F2812 is used as the main control chip,which realizes the full digital control of the speed-adjusting system.The hardware controllers such as flip-flop,current regulator,the speed regulator and switching logic are substituted by DSP software.The current regulator employs PI algorithm and the speed regulator uses variable parameters PI algorithm.The experimental system is constructed and the results show that the system is effective.
