| 摘 要： | 东北地区作为我国资源比较丰富的地区之一,在过去资源依赖型经济增长模式指导下,生态环境日趋恶化,部分资源面临枯竭.随着可持续发展理念逐渐深入人心,人们认识到以前的发展模式必须改变.本文从可持续发展理念的角度出发,探讨了绿色经济的产生、兴起与内涵,并就东北地区发展绿色经济提出了几点对策.
