| 摘 要： | 当前,新一轮国际产业转移呈现八大特点:新技术、新产品转移;生产全过程转移;产业内国际分工体系深化;生产制造环节转移凸聚中间产品;国际服务业成为国际产业转移的主导产业;跨国公司开始实施新经营战略;跨国投资快速增长;配套、连锁转移加快;产业结构贸易结构出现新变化;形成全球化条件下开放经济国家发展模式。
