基于熵权TOPSIS法的福建省产业技术创新能力评价

摘    要:在构建包括产业技术创新的投入能力、产出能力、环境支持能力和扩散能力等四项评价指标体系的基础上,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的产业技术创新能力评价模型,由此揭示影响产业技术创新能力的关键因素,并运用该模型对福建省近七年来的数据进行实证分析,提出提升福建省产业技术创新能力的对策建议。

Abstract:On the basis of the four evaluation index system of industrial technological innovation capacity, output capacity, environmental capacity and diffusion capacity, We use the entropy TOPSIS to constructed the evaluation model of industry technological innovation ability, which reveal the impact of the key factor in technological innovation capability. The model is applied to an empirical analysis of the seven years data of Fujian province and put forward suggestions to enhance the ability of the Industrial Technology Innovation in Fujian province.
