基于高职教育校企合作的校企文化研究

校企文化的融合成为校企深度合作的新取向。该文从高职教育的特点出发,解决校园文化与企业文化的冲突对高职校企合作的影响,依托校企合作的平台,把企业文化引进校园,构建具有职业特色的重点培育和提炼"校魂"(学校精神)的高职学校文化。实现校企文化的融合,为区域经济发展培养出以高尚的职业道德、优良的职业素质为核心,以扎实的专业理论、高超的职业技能为基础的,适应东北老工业基地人才需求的高素质技能型人才奠定科学的理论基础。

On College -enterprise Culture Based on the College -Enterprise Cooperation

College - enterprise cultural fusion has become the new direction of profound college - enterprise cooperation. Starting with the characteristics of higher vocational education, this paper aims to analyze the influence of the cultural conflicts on the college - enterprise cooperation. It is suggested that enterprise culture should be introduced into the campus in the process of cooperation, so as to develop a campus culture which is characterized by its re- fined campus spirit with vocational education features. The actual integration of college and enterprise cultures can help facilitate the education of high quality applied talents who have lofty professional ethics, solid professional theory and excellent professional skills to meet the needs of the regional economic development in the industrial area in the northeast of China.
