基于SWOT分析的河田镇发展战略研究

大力发展小城镇是实现城镇化的重要途径。本文以福建省长汀县河田镇为例,运用SWOT分析方法对河田镇发展状况进行了分析,并进一步研究了河田镇未来发展战略选择以及战略措施。本文认为河田镇发展优势和机会大于劣势和挑战,应采用增长型战略和扭转型战略,充分依托优势资源,寻求特色发展模式,同时重点审视劣势以应对可能存在的风险,主动把握外部机遇,强化优势,克服弱点,使河田镇整体发展水平获得更大提升。

Study on the Development Strategies of Hetian Town Based on SWOT-Analysis

Vigorously developing small towns is an important way to realize urbanization. This paper takes Hetian town in Fujian as an example to analyze its status of development by SWOT-analysis and then discusses the future development strategic choice and strategic measures. Due to the fact that the development advantages and opportunities of Hetian Town outweigh the disadvantages and challenges, it should take growth strategy and torsion strategy. Meanwhile, seeking characteristic development pattern relying on the advantages, examining disadvantage in response to possible risks, grasping the push effect of external opportunity actively, strengthening advantages and overcoming disadvantages will all unceasingly escalate the overall development level of Hetian Town to ever higher and higher attainments.
