| 摘 要： | 借鉴＂BPR理论＂观察和思考问题的方法,发现当前高职院校就业指导与服务的关键问题在于如何建立直接面向学生的就业指导流程,进而从整体流程最优的角度优化流程中的各项作业活动。通过再造就业指导与服务的体系,实现高职院校就业指导与服务能够满足学生的就业需求,从而提升人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | In the light of BPR theory, it is revealed in this paper that the key problem with the current employment counseling and service in higher vocational colleges is how to build an employment counseling procedure directly serving the students, and how to further optimize each practice and the overall procedure. It is believed that with the reconstruction of the employment counseling and service system, we could meet the employment needs of higher vocational college students and enhance the quality of education. |
