| 摘 要： | 选举的效果取决于组织环境，文章考察了两种组织环境并建立模型研究组织环境对选举效果的影响。得出结论：在规范的组织环境中。通过选举可以产生高才能的人才；在不规范的组织环境中，低才能人才被选中的机率更大。因此，提高管理水平，改善组织环境是保证选举机制良好运行的重要基础。

| Abstract: | The effect of election depends on organization environment, this paper has investigated two types of organizational environments and established model to research the influence of election effect. Reach conclusion： In standard organization environment, can produce the talent of high talent through electing; In non-standard organization environment low talent talent by choose in machine rate larger. Therefore raise level of management, improvement organization environment is the important foundation of guaranteeing to elect maehinemade good operation. |
