| 摘 要： | 文化是城市的重要标识，而文化产业也正日益成为现代化城市经济发展的支柱产业之一。作为历史文化名城的长沙市，其文化产业发展有起步早、影响大、发展快和活力强等优势，但在新形势下也存在制约快速发展的瓶颈问题。根据国内外文化产业发展模式，并结合长沙实际，可通过构建资源型文化产业发展模式、传媒型文化产业发展模式和制造型文化产业发展模式等三种文化发展模式，并根据不同模式特，最采取不同的实施策略。以此推动长沙市文化产业的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Culture is an important symbol of the city, cultural industry is also increasingly becoming one of the pillar industries of the modern city＇s economic development. As a famous historical and cultural city, Changsha has a precursory, impactful, high-speed and dynamic development of cultural industries, but there are bottlenecks restricting the rapid development in the new situation. According to the mode of development of cultural industries at home and abroad, and combining with the Changsha＇s reality, Changsha＇s development of cultural industries can be promoted with leaps and bounds by building three modes of development of cultural industries, such as resource-based mode. media mode, manufacturing mode. and taking the different implementation strategies according different modes. |
