福建省生态环境状况剖析及评价建议

搜集整理2003—2013年福建环境状况公报中公布的土地利用、水土流失、森林、海洋、自然保护五个方面生态环境的相关数据,分析11年来福建的生态环境状况。指出要从经济发展、社会进步、政策支持、生态环境保护、人民满意度等五个方面选取24个指标建立生态环境建设绩效评价体系,进而推动生态环境建设,实现生态环境和经济的和谐发展。

Analysis and Evaluation Recommendation of Fujian Ecological Environmental Status

The paper collects the data of Fujian environmental status bulletin from 2003 to 2013,and five aspects including land use,soil erosion,as well as forest,ocean and natural conservation,then analyzes Fujian ecological environmental status,Then the paper proposes to establish an effective performance evaluation system of ecological environment,and these 24 evaluation indexes derive from economic development,social progress,policy support,environmental protection and people’s satisfaction,so as to promote the construction of ecological environment,and maintain harmonious development between ecological environment and economy.
