浅析福州星级酒店员工流失原因及对策

摘    要:随着劳动力成本的上升,招工难成为众多企业头疼的问题之一。酒店作为劳动密集型产业,员工流失尤其严重,如何用人、留人成为当前酒店行业长效经营的关键问题。以福州星级酒店为例,通过实地考察和问卷调查等方式探寻酒店员工,尤其是中层管理和基层员工流失率居高不下的原因,并针对性地提出相应的对策和改进措施。

Abstract:With the increasing of labor cost,recruitment has become a major problem for many enterprises. Hotel,a laborintensive industry,has a very high staff turnover. Maintaing the talents is important for the longterm management of the hotel industry. This paper puts Fuzhou star hotel as an example,adopts questionnaires to study high staff turnover of middle management and junior staff,and finally puts forward related countermeasures.
