A Study of Star Hotel Staff Turnover in Fuzhou

With the increasing of labor cost,recruitment has become a major problem for many enterprises. Hotel,a laborintensive industry,has a very high staff turnover. Maintaing the talents is important for the longterm management of the hotel industry. This paper puts Fuzhou star hotel as an example,adopts questionnaires to study high staff turnover of middle management and junior staff,and finally puts forward related countermeasures.
