土建类专业学生顶岗实习运行机制的研究与探索

在工学结合教育中,顶岗实习是提高学生职业素质最直接有效的教学模式。本文系统分析了影响土建类专业学生顶岗实习有效开展的三大"短板",并结合本校的改革实践,提出了解决问题的四大对策,从发展实习基地、重构专业教学计划、建立有效监控顶岗实习的体制与机制进行了深入的阐述,从而为建立长效的顶岗实习运行机制进行了十分有益的探索。

Research and Exploration on Field Work Operation Mechanism of Civil Engineering Major

In education,the combination of practice is the most direct and efficient teaching mode to improve the students＇ professional theory-practice-retheory-repractice-summary quality.This paper systematically analyzed three ＂short board＂ influencing civil engineering majors enterprises effective development,and combined with the practice of the reform,and put forward four countermeasures to solve the problem of development,from the practice base,the reconstruction plan,establishing effective monitoring system and mechanism of them made in-depth,so as to establish long-term operation mechanism of them which is very beneficial exploration.
