| 摘 要： | 针对我国当前的经济发展和失业状况的实际，从宏观上调控和管理失业，拟采取的宏观经济政策是：实行高新技术产业和劳动密集型产业并重的产业政策；鼓励多种所有制，尤其是非公经济的发展，大力发展中小企业和第三产业；充分发挥财政、金融、税收等宏观经济政策在促进就业中的作用。

| Abstract: | Macro Economic policies to control and manage unemployment are considered to be adopted on the basis of economic situation this year in China.The policies include attaching importance on both Hi-tech and labor-intensive industries,encouraging multi-ownership,especially non-public ones,vigorously developing MSEs and Third Industry,and taking full advantage of finacial and tax policies to promote employment. |
