| 摘 要： | 新疆开发必须全面实施可持续发展战略，建立资源节约型和环境友好型的国民经济体制，本文阐述了新疆大开发要走绿色产业的道路，没有美丽的大草原，哪有草原乳业，肉业？哪还有什么可持续发展?提出了林业，畜牧业，草业，生态旅游，绿色食品的发展对策及环保市场的培育问题。
