| Abstract: | In order to encourage and guide university students to start their own undertaking,it is necessary to create a favorable cultural atmosphere by way of the related education,to build up the ranks of professional and concurrent teachers for the focused education,to attract them to take part in the activities for higher abilities,and to strengthen the cooperation between universities and local enterprises for the success rate. |
