生物法制备1,3-丙二醇的研究进展

摘    要:1,3-丙二醇是一种重要的化工原料,在过去的几年里,由于其商品化需求日益增加,因此成为了许多研究的热点。1,3-丙二醇的生产方法有化学法和微生物发酵法两种,而生物法与化学法相比,具有条件温和、操作简便、副产物少、无环境污染等优点,已成为各国研究的新焦点。对国内外1,3-丙二醇生物法生产的研究成果进行了综述,包括其发酵工艺及生产的现状,探讨了1,3-丙二醇生物法生产的发展前景。

Abstract:In the last years, as important chemical raw material, 1,3 -propanediol has been the subject of a lot of studies due to its commercial importance. 1,3 -propanediol can be produced via chemical synthesis and microbial fermentation. And comparing with the chemical production ,biological production is easier to operate and make less by -products and no pollution, so it have been become a new focal point of the study. In this paper, advances of the studies on the biological production of 1,3 - propanediol were reviewed, including the present situation of fermentation technology and production. The prospectives of the biological production of 1,3 - propanediol were also suggested.
