红色旅游人力资源开发研究

摘    要:红色旅游产品的创新和可持续发展离不开人力资源的支持。目前,我国红色旅游核心人力资源专业化程度低、薪酬待遇相对较差、从业人员的工作满意度低、后备队伍的专业结构不合理;旅游教育师资力量薄弱;红色旅游景区周边居民缺乏有效组织,呈无序状态。本文在对井冈山、韶山、重庆、遵义、延安、西柏坡等六大红色旅游地进行抽样调查的基础上,对红色旅游人力资源现状进行分析,提出了红色旅游人力资源开发策略。

Abstract:The innovation and sustainable development of red tourism product is inseparable from human resources.At present,some problems exist in core human resources in red tourism including the low degree of specialization,poor pay,low job satisfaction of employees,and unbalanced structure of back-up staff,weak force of the teaching staff and resources and lack of effective organization for the residents around red scenic spots.In this paper,though an investigation to Jinggangshan,Shaoshan,Chongqing,Zunyi,Yan'an and Xibaipo,we made an analysis of the status of red tourism human resources and put forward the development strategy for red tourism human resources.
