土地集约化利用与经济增长关系面板数据分析

土地是人类生产生活最基本的自然资源,利用得合理与否直接影响经济的发展、生态环境质量及所承载的人口数量。通过面板数据分析,根据选取变量的分析结果和精明增长理念,建议:为进一步提高土地集约化利用程度,应合理调整用地结构;运用科学规划,提高土地利用的综合效益;强调土地使用功能的适当混合。

Analysis Panel Data for the Relationship between Intensive Land Use and Economic Growth

Land is the most basic natural resources for manufacture and living of human being;and whether we use it reasonable or not has directly affected the economic development,eco-environmental quality and the size of population.Through panel data analysis,and in accordance with the analysis of selected variability and the concept of smart growth,this paper suggests that in order to further enhance the level of intensive land use,land use structure should be a reasonable adjustment;the overall efficiency of land use should be improved by using scientific planning;an appropriate mix of land use functions should be emphasized.
