| 摘 要： | 物流业是专业性较强的服务行业,而目前国内面临物流人才紧缺的状况,不利于物流行业的发展及国际市场的竞争。本文通过分析物流人员现状及培训现状,构建了物流人员培训体系,希望通过培训这一有效途径,解决物流人才紧缺这一突出问题。
