| 摘 要： | 被誉为现代经营管理之父的法国管理学家亨利·法约尔（Henri Fayol）于1916年提出的安全管理思想与方法率先把早期朴素的风险管理思想引入企业经营。之后，伴随着风险管理理论的不断发展，国外学者的风险管理理论观点逐渐呈现出风险管理概念及性质界定的不断演化和深化、风险管理的目标与程序不断完善、风险管理的分类日趋全面、风险管理的分析模型和方法逐渐完善等几方面特征。

| Abstract: | French management scientist,the father of modern management,Henri Fayol first introduced the ideas and methods of security management into risk management in 1916. After that,along with the continuous development of the risk management theory,foreign scholars ＇ viewpoints of risk management theory present several characteristics：continuous evolution and deepening in risk management concepts and nature; perfection of the risk management goals and program; moregly comprehensive risk management classification methods and risk management analysis model. |
