| Abstract: | The unemployment problem has been being a hot topic all over the world. Aiming at perfecting our labor market and promoting employment,the paper draws the essence of labor market abroad,putting forwards the path to increase employment with the help of joining it with our activity by means of comparative synthesis. The findings provide grounds in theory for decision of the policy on employment. |
